Jennifer M. Valinski is an Associate Attorney with the firm’s litigation practice group. Her practice areas focus on civil litigation matters, including, contract law, insurance law, employment and employment discrimination, and personal injury matters, of which she has over thirteen (13) years of experience. Ms. Valinski also has experience in domestic/family law matters and minor criminal defense.
Ms. Valinski earned her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in political theory and constitutional democracy in 1994 and her law degree (cum laude) from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University in 1999. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and volunteers her time to help the needy members of society through various projects offered through the Young Lawyers’ Association and Public Awareness Committee of the MSBA.
Before joining Schulman, Hershfield & Gilden in 2012, Ms. Valinski was an associate attorney with Hecht & Associates, P.A. in Silver Spring, MD and the Law Office of Paul S. Blumenthal, P.A. in Annapolis, MD.
