Ms. Mezrich has extensive experience in corporate law, real estate and general civil and commercial litigation. Ms. Mezrich works with small and medium business owners in forming and structuring business formats, developing business strategies and growth, and enhancing management. In addition, she has represented numerous clients ranging from large multi-national corporations to small family owned businesses and individuals in sophisticated litigation matters before a variety of state and federal Courts.
Her unique blend of legal experience, business acumen, aggressiveness and empathy allow her to tackle the legal challenges and issues facing her clients while alleviating the anxiety clients sometimes feel when involved in the legal process.
